Refunds Policy

The below is an outline of our approach for processing refunds.

Please note that this policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Business. In case information listed here differs from our Terms of Business, the information in Terms of Business will prevail.

The user can request a refund within 14 days from the day of the purchase. If the user has accessed our content (logged in to our member site, created a password to log in, downloaded our guides or similar action) refund will NOT be issued. If the user has not accessed our content in any way, the refund WILL be issued. After 14 days, no refund is issued.

Split-pay products that are paid over 2 or more instalments and any products on sale or discount offers of any sort are NOT applicable for refund in any way.

Any purchase of our 12-week program, The Kangaroo Method is also covered by our 90-day Money Back Guarantee. This is explained in detail here and applies to everyone who purchased The Kangaroo Method only. This Guarantee is not applicable to our other products.

Purchase of our Core Recovery Challenge is NOT applicable for refunds as the challenge content is immediately available after the purchase and partially delivered via email. Any additional products purchased as part of the process (other than the challenge itself) are applicable for refund as noted above.

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time or issue a refund at our own discretion.
