The Kangaroo Method

The Kangaroo Method is a 12-week science-based exercise program for mums. It included everything you need to finally heal your core and pelvic floor muscles – and to lose weight in a safe way.

You will get 12 weeks of progressive core-specific exercises and total-body exercises in a follow-along video format. You will also get access to The Kangaroo Guide – our premium digital course on postpartum healing and our exclusive mum only Community.

This is a complete solution that requires more time, but also gives better results.

Core Connect

Core Connect Program is a 4 week program designed to help heal mum’s core and strengthen the pelvic floor. You’ll get core specific exercises and premium education program for maximum results.

The workouts are only 20 minutes long so this is perfect for mums that are busy.

There are no weight loss (total-body) exercises in Core Connect so if you’re looking to lose weight check out The Kangaroo Method instead.
